Equipment description:

The large object screener adopts fully automatic enclosed mechanized operation. In the process of forced removal of large foreign objects dumped with kitchen waste, the organic mass in kitchen waste are torn up and scattered, this ensure the maximization of the separation and utilization of organic material,  without manual intervention.

Equipment features:

1.Through forced mechanical separation, the machine can achieve separation rate of ≥ 90% by effective removal of coarse objects (≥ 50mm) such as glass bottles, dishes, metals, cans, shells, bones and other solid substances, as well as light and flexible sundries such as single use boxes, Tetra Pak, straws, plastic bags and so on, without further break brittle and hard sundries during the sorting process;

2.The entire machine operates in a closed safety casing. During full load operation, the sundries are automatically discharged into the storage box. Operators only need to deal with the sort-out sundries from outside the machine, which fundamentally solves the safety and environmental protection problems of operators;

3.Hydraulic jacking feature to quickly lift the cover plate of the machine for convenient inspection and maintenance;

4.Backside opening design makes it easier for replacing the screen insert.
